You can search for a property with the
Jane Wetherop Partnership,

using the following methods:-
  • Log on to our website and search the listings.
  • Call into our prominent office in Leeds.
  • Call our office 0113 2794040 and speak to a trained member of our lettings team and they will list all the vacant properties currently available and the specs and locations.
  • Call our office and ask for a rental list to be faxed or download one from this website.

Accompanied Viewing
When you have decided on a property all you are required to do is call our office and arrange an appointment with a member of the lettings team. You will be required to call to confirm your appointment one hour prior to the viewing. A fully trained member of staff will then show you around the property and answer any further queries you have.

Application Procedure
Once you have chosen a property you will be required to complete an application form. # the property viewer will give you an application on the day of your viewing or you can call into our office for one # There is a non refundable administration fee payable along with your application which covers payment for Credit cheques and references.

Deposit /Bond
There will be a Bond (Deposit/Bond) to pay which normally equates to one months rent payable on the day you sign your contract.

Rent
One months rent is payable in advance on the day you sign your contract.

Inventory
On the day of your move in we will complete an inventory which will give a snapshot of the property on that day. We will list all items in propertyand take all opening utility reads. Keys will be normally released to you on the day you sign the contract.
