If investors are sensible about short-term rental incomes rents are guaranteed to increase when the market is less flooded as demographics have shown in the past.

We see the best returns / investments in affordable housing and pride ourselves in being best placed to purchase these types of properties for our investors and aiming at buying at substantial discounts.
(Normally around 10% of market value). This creates a good yield and some positive equity immediately.
