Viewing a property

When you have found a property you are interested in viewing, please contact our team to arrange an appointment. We ask all prospective tenants to confirm they will be attending their viewing appointment by calling our office an hour before the arranged meeting time.

A trained member of staff will accompany you as you view the property and answer any questions you may have.

Renting a property

When you have found a property you want to rent, we will ask you to complete an application form. You will also need to pay a non-refundable administration fee when you submit your application, which covers the cost of our screening process, which includes checking your credit history and references.

If your application is successful, you will be asked to sign a tenancy agreement. On the day you sign this contract you will also need to pay one month’s rent in advance and a deposit, which is usually set at the same amount as a month’s rent but it can vary depending on the property.

When you sign your tenancy agreement, you will be given the keys to the property. We will also complete an inventory of all the items in the property and take a note of all the opening utility readings for our records.

Initial documentation fee for  first tenant will be £36.00 & any subsequent tenants will be £36.00 (£30.00 + VAT) Fee for any guarantor will be £60.00 (£50.00 +VAT)
