I have been a tenant with Jane Wetherop for over 2 years now, and they are by far the best agency around!

Whenever I have had a problem in my house, they have always sorted this promptly, and bend over backwards to accommodate my needs. For example the first flat I rented from them, my cats had just had 5 kittens, and because I had a few engineer visits booked I was worried that the kittens would escape when they opened the door.
But they made sure every engineer was aware of the situation, and Jane Wetherop even called me to check they hadn’t escaped!!

And another example, i’d managed to lock my bag containing my house key and wallet in my place of work overnight, with no way of getting back in. I managed to obtain a spare key from them, they asked if I could leave something with them as a deposit, but I couldn’t as i’d left it all at work, they trusted me with their only other spare key and saved me a lot of aggravation! Very understanding people.

This is far beyond the level of customer service I have come to expect from lettings agencies, and would recommend them to anyone. Their customer service is second to none.
